Low-income families are eligible to participate in the new BISP survey for 2023-24, where an automated poverty score will be calculated based on the dynamic evaluation of household assets.
It’s important to note that government employees, business professionals, and affluent individuals are not eligible for this program. Eligibility notifications will be sent to applicants through the 8171 SMS service. The dynamic survey also includes a re-verification process for all households previously registered via the NSER survey, featuring online CNIC checks for existing Ehsaas program beneficiaries.

To participate in the BISP Dynamic Survey, applicants are required to visit the BISP center with the following documents:
- Original identity card of the spouse.
- Original B-form of children.
- Household electricity and gas bills.
Additional Notes:
In the case of a widow, it is essential to update the widow’s identity card from NADRA after her husband’s passing. In the event of divorce, women must update their NADRA-related identity card. Persons with disabilities should present their mandatory disability ID card if they are unable to visit the center in person.
