According to recent updates, the Ehsaas Program is introducing several new initiatives to further assist those in need.
Ehsaas Program CNIC Check Online Nadra Registration:
- Send an SMS to 8171.
- Write the beneficiary’s CNIC and send it to 8171.
- After a short time, you will receive information regarding your eligibility.
Additionally, there’s a new method to check your eligibility in 2023:
- Simply access the 8171 Web portal.
- Enter your CNIC.
- Provide your phone number.
If you are not registered, you can visit the Ehsaas Program Office in your city or district. They will assist with your registration and initiate the disbursement of funds, which can range from Rs 35,000, Rs 12,000, to Rs 2,000, depending on your category.
What Is Ehsaas Program? The Ehsaas Program was initiated to support impoverished individuals, including those with no or limited monthly income (less than 25,000 rupees), women without a source of income, students facing financial constraints, senior citizens, widows, and infants.
Notably, former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan, who also chairs the PTI and runs Shaukat Khanum Hospital, where needy cancer patients receive free treatment, launched these Ehsaas Programs.
Shazia Jannat Marri, Federal Minister of BISP and PASS, and a member of the National Assembly, now oversees these programs in multiple districts.
NSER Survey Ehsaas Program CNIC Check Online 2023: A significant government initiative is the monthly provision of Rs 2,000 to needy women and other beneficiaries. This program represents the first-ever attempt to register deserving individuals through the NSER Survey across Pakistan. Eligible persons can manually register themselves by providing the necessary details via the NSER slip.

This program provides beneficiaries with assets such as chingchi rickshaws, outlets, and small businesses. In the livestock sector, the Ehsaas Program 2023 offers poultry, goats, buffalo, and cows, supporting agricultural growth.
New Programs Launching Soon: The government is continuously working to extend the reach of these programs across the nation. New programs will be launched in the near future.
Wazir-E-Azam Relief Package 5566: Former Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, President of the Muslim League Noon, announced a relief package for atta (flour), ghee, and sugar. This program offers special discounts on these essential items. No registration is required. Simply send a message with your 13-digit CNIC to 5566, and you will receive a 4-digit code to present at utility cashiers to avail of the discounts.
Ehsaas Nashonuma Program: The Ehsaas Nashonuma Program addresses the issue of malnutrition among children in Pakistan. It provides food and financial support to mothers and children under 2 years old. Currently, it operates in 15 districts, with plans for expansion. Ehsaas Loan Program: Interest-free loans ranging from Rs 20,000 to Rs 75,000 are offered to needy students in Pakistan. The National Poverty Graduation Initiative (NPGI) plays a significant role in this program. You can fill out the Ehsaas Loan Program online registration form to secure a loan without interest. Half of these loans are reserved for women’s education.
Ehsaas Scholarship for Students: The Ehsaas Undergraduate program provides scholarships for students who meet specific criteria. Ehsaas Langar Program: The Ehsaas Langar Khana program offers free meals to daily wage laborers and those who struggle to afford food. It operates near general bus stands across the country, with 34 langars Khana launched under the Imran Khan government.
Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program: PM Imran Khan initiated the Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. It provided monthly payments of Rs 12,000 to beneficiaries initially, which was later increased to Rs 14,000. Ehsaas Koi Bhooka Na Soye Program: This program addresses the issue of hunger among individuals far from their homes and unable to afford food. It operates in seven cities and provides free meals through trucks.
Ehsaas Panahgah Program: The Ehsaas Panagah Program offers shelter to laborers and homeless individuals, particularly during cold nights. Currently, 25 Panagahs are in operation, providing beds and breakfast.
Ehsaas For Disabled Persons: The government has introduced special accommodations for disabled individuals, including a 1% quota in accommodation and 2% in the Apna Ghar housing scheme.
Ehsaas Tahafuz Program: The Tahafuz program, announced by Dr. Sania Nishtar, provides support to individuals who have faced traumatic incidents. It includes medical treatment and financial assistance.
Ehsaas Digital Hubs: Ehsaas Digital Hubs were established to address issues people face when accessing BISP programs. These hubs provide quick answers to questions.
Dar-ul-Pass Ehsaas Program: The Dar-ul-Pass program focuses on orphaned children and provides them with various facilities, including education in well-regarded institutes.
Ehsaas Wallet (One Woman One Bank Account Policy): The Ehsaas Saving Wallet program allows beneficiaries to not only withdraw cash but also save money in their Ehsaas wallet, offering financial security during difficult times.
Ehsaas Student Program (Waseela-E-Taleem): Children of eligible beneficiaries of the Ehsaas Kafalat Program can access the Education Stipends program. The government supports their education expenses, from primary to university levels, with an emphasis on empowering girls.
Ehsaas Data4Pakistan District Development Portal: Data4Pakistan aims to estimate Pakistan’s poverty levels through free data gathering in all districts. Approximately 120 indicator centers operate across the country.
Ehsaas Rashan Program: To combat rising inflation, the government initiated the Ehsaas Rashan Riayat Program. Eligible families receive a monthly Rs 2,000 and a 40% discount on kitchen items.
Ehsaas One Window Program: The Ehsaas One-Window Program focuses on safety and protection, comprising six steps to provide efficient assistance to those in need.
Ehsaas Mobile App: The Ehsaas App enables registration and checking the disbursement of funds for Ehsaas Kafalat beneficiaries.
Ehsaas Programme One-Stop Shop: The One-Stop Shop helps people identify the appropriate program category for their needs. In Islamabad, it’s located at Sitara Market.
Mazdoor Ka Ehsaas: The Mazdoor Ka Ehsaas program offers a monthly Rs 14,000 for individuals with monthly incomes below Rs 25,000 or those without employment, even if they have a family.
Ehsaas Rehri Baan Program: The Ehsaas Rehri Baan Program, initiated in Islamabad, provides licenses, training, and facilities to street vendors.

Ehsaas Ba-Himmat Buzurg Program: This program offers Rs 2,000 monthly to individuals aged 65 or above. If an elderly woman is not part of a family, male elders can receive the money. Registration is automatic through the NSER BISP survey.
Ehsaas Humqadam Program: Ehsaas Humqadam provides Rs 2,000 monthly through a branchless system to Persons with Disabilities (PWM) registered via the NSER BISP survey.
